THE VILLA
Villa Sueños is a unik property with it´s pool and outdoor terasses. Enjoy The Mediteranian breathtaking view from every bedroom, livingroom and dining room.
The Villa is renovated with all new Scandinavian funrnitures, new comfy beds, suitable for 15 guests.
You can dine 35 guests inside if you are having a get together.
The terrasses can host up to a 100 guests, and the Hotel is a 3 minutes walk from det house, if you need a spare guestroom.
When you enter the house from the garage or the front door, you enter the hall, and a few steps down to the first terrace, overlooking the pool and the beautiful sea. The living room has an big fireplace witch is lovely in the wintertime, and especially during Christmas. At the same floor you will find the dining room, with a big kitchen in the back, with a patio and a washing room.
The kitchen is well equipped with one dobbel oven, one simple oven and to seperated barbeques in the patio. Perfect for dinners, friends and familiy.
The house has three floors and a wing of bedrooms. The wing has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs, next to the pool, you find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The tower upstairs has one large bedroom with a fireplace. In the hall downstairs, there is one guest toilette.
The Villa is located right outside Estepona, 5 minutes walk to the beach. A quiet place where you can rest and enjoy you privacy.
Estepona, San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Marbella is a short drive away.
